Spa Policy



Arrival Time is 30 minutes prior to service. This gives you time to check-in, change into a robe, and relax. You will need to complete medical history forms upon your first visit with us. If you are a return client, plan to arrive15 minutes prior to service. If you are late for your appointment by 15 minutes or more, yourservices may be rescheduled or cancelled. Services can not be guaranteed to clients that arrive late as this may effect other appointments.

Attire should be loose and comfortable, easily taken on and off. Please remove any jewelry and leave at home. You will be provided a robe and slippers to make your spa experience more relaxing. You may wear undergarments – however, our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to keep you comfortable at all times. Bathing suits are required in the hot tub and swimming pool.


Gratuity is not included in our pricing or gift certificates. Customary tip to leave for therapists is 20% of the cost of service before any discounts. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for discrete tipping.


Children ages 17 and under must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to receive designated spa treatments. Children ages 15 and under must have a guardian present in the room while the service is being performed. Designated services include: attitude adjustment, 30 minute therapeutic massage, 15 minute bath, manicure and pedicure. The only services we can perform to children under the age of 13 are manicures and pedicures. These children must be age 10 or older.



Communication with your therapist is critical. If you are ever uncomfortable during a treatment with the temperature, pressure, lighting, or scent, please speak up. We want your experience to be enjoyable and will accommodate your requests as best possible.

Skin Conditions
Skin Conditions such as sunburns, rashes, or fungus should be notified to the therapists as some treatments should be avoided to not worsen these conditions.

Prenatal massage will ONLY be peformed if a doctor's note is provided for the client.

Payment Policy

We welcome all major credit cards, cash and payment by check with the proper identification.

Please Note: If paying with a gift card or certificate, you must present original card or certificate at time of purchase. Otherwise, you will be required to pay by cash, check or credit card. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Rescheduling, Cancellation, Late Fee and No-Show Policy:

Rescheduling: Based on availability, Felicita will try to honor any rescheduling of services if changes are made 24 hours in advance. Change of service on date of appointment will incur a $25 fee per service.

Cancellation: Cancellation within 24 hours before the first scheduled service will result in a $35 fee per service.

No-show: A No-show will result in a 50% charge of each scheduled service

Late Fee: If you are late for your appointment by 15 minutes or more, your service may be rescheduled or cancelled. Rescheduling will only be done if there is availability in the schedule. Cancelled appointments will result in a $35 fee per service.​

Groups of 10 or more need to cancel 7 days in advance or the above cancellation charges apply.
